All holiday package rates are calculated on the basis of hotels mentioned. In case room type is not mentioned, calculation is based on the base category room in the hotel. Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the advance payment. In case of non availability of rooms in the mentioned hotels, this will be communicated to you and we will provide even better option and the additional cost will be borne by us. In case you are not convinced with the new options, advance paid will be refunded to you without deducting any service charge and this need to be communicated to us in one day’s time after receiving the new hotel list.
There will not be any change in the hotels mentioned without your concern. Hotels for each category are selected as per the budget and through our feedback system. We suggest you to check reviews and location of hotels mentioned to make sure it is as per your preferences before confirming the package. Paradise Northeast does not have any hidden charges except your meals not included in the itinerary and personal expenses. During the journey if someone asks for extra money, Please inform us and we will not be responsible if you pay the amount without our concern.
1. A person is eligible to claim refund, only if he has booked the holiday package from Paradise Northeast (Kaziranga Travels). From here onwards Paradise Northeast (Kaziranga Travels) is referred as we or us, and holiday package is referred to as package.
2. The criteria of refund is that if a person has booked a package with us, and found exactly same package with lower price, from another tour operator, he is eligible to claim a refund of 110% of the difference between the total costs of the package.
3. Request for refund will not be entertained after the tour ending date.
4. In case the person has not booked a package yet and found exactly same package with lower price, from another tour operator, and still wants to book the package from us, then he is eligible to claim a discount of 110% of the difference between the total costs of the package.
5. Following criteria will determine if the two packages, one from us and another one from another tour provider, are exactly same.
5.1 The person claiming the refund or discount must submit the original package file, which he claims to have offered lower price. The quotation of price, inclusions, and exclusions, must be clearly indicated in that package file.
5.2 The tour operator offering lower cost must be operating from India
5.3 The tour operator offering lower cost must have a valid registration tourism department of the concerned state/ territory.
5.4 The package should have exactly same itinerary, same hotels with same number of nights, same room types in the hotels, and same vehicle types.
5.5 The inclusions and exclusions should match in both the packages.
